About The Role

An experience Registered Nurse who will work either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday 9am-5pm (with room for discussion) who will oversee day to day routines. These will include;
• Supporting the development of self-led wellness and care teams within households that are resident-led and reflect the clients values.
• Mentoring and supporting clinical teams to manage clinical risk as it emerges and deliver positive outcomes.
• In consultation with the clinical manager, ensure the development of high-performing clinical and care teams through appropriate recruitment, orientation, communication and coaching, training and development, and annual performance appraisals.
