Job Description
• Support continuous improvement process;
• Create and update work instructions;
• Follow up maintenance plan adherence;
• Improve quality of the processes;
• Supports KPI target reaching;
• Administrative activities.

Qualifications
• Technical University ongoing;
• Good communication skills: you will work in a cross-functional way with the production workshop and other departments (technical functions, quality assurance, logistics etc.);
• Proactive behavior;
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Taking responsibility: you independently work on projects in the areas of lean production;
• Think holistically: you are involved in creating and tracking value stream planning;
• Analytical skills: you are responsible for the evaluation and optimization of production processes;
• Language skills: English good level, basic German represents an advantage.
