Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Phnom Penh. As the Legal Officer, you will be responsible for managing legal matters related to the company's operations. This includes overseeing legal documentation such as contracts, providing legal advice and consultation to internal stakeholders, and staying up-to-date on changes to regulations and laws that affect the company.

Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Business Law, Contract Law, and Legal Consulting skills
• Experience with Legal Document Preparation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the agriculture or food industry is a plus
