Job Purpose:

Manages the processes of acquiring and retaining new customers as well as growing the e-commerce business from a demand perspective.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Creates the Business-to-Consumer marketing or demand strategy and action plans with targets.
• Handles the implementation of the marketing/ demand strategy either by performing some of the tasks and /or outsourcing them to external providers.
• Handles e-commerce promotions offline and online: gets financial approvals, oversees artwork, launches the promotions and analyzes results.
• Deploys marketing campaigns and owns their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Manages social media marketing by coordinating with external agencies, setting strategies that follow brand guidelines, and overseeing the execution.
• Analyzes the results of social media campaigns and creates reports accordingly.
• Oversees the customer complaints in collaboration with the customer service department.
