As a Plant Manager of a flotation plant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the

flotation plant while meeting production targets and complying with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the flotation plant, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely
• Supervising plant personnel, including operators, technicians, and maintenance staff, to ensure proper staffing levels and training
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Optimizing plant performance by monitoring key metrics such as recovery rates, throughput, and chemical usage, and making adjustments as necessary
• Coordinating with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize equipment repairs and upgrades to minimize downtime
