Responsibilities

As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing a central hub of information to ensure the safety, security, and operational efficiency of a facility or system. Key Responsibilities:
• Be the first contact in case of emergencies and be able to think out the box.
• Inform relevant key stakeholders within the company of emergencies.
• Opening and maintaining WhatsApp groups.
• To ensure that communication is maintained within all sites.
• Coordinate, monitor, and record all communication from various sites, technicians, and drivers.
• Ensure customers/Oza Holdings staff are updated constantly.
• Complete call-out forms for every incident and send them to the operations department.
• Dispatch responders to sites ensuring they are there within a response time.
• Document and track the position of all assets.
• Monitor vehicle usage during working and after hours.
