At least 6 years supervisory or managerial experience is essential
You will ensure effective administration procedures are being managed and ensure smooth internal daily sales administration in line with branch requirements
Ability to collect, analyse and interpret data identify and solve problems in a timely manner is essential
Matric essential, MS Office and ERP computer experience is essential
Admin Certificate / Diploma or similar will secure
Good communication skills are essential
Manage all administrative and stores/delivery staff
Improve on time delivery (OTD) and maintain stock turn forecast levels
Co-ordinate and control all branch cycle counts and stock takes
Ensure debtors days are not exceeding 44 days
Ensure accurate and timeous submission of timesheets to payroll department
Assist Branch and Service Centre Managers with reports and related functions
Co-ordinate and capture internal branch reports
Assist with human resources related branch issues
