Introduction

An exciting opportunity exists in a very dynamic, tech driven group of companies that have recently moved their offices to Botha’s Hill, just outside of Hillcrest, KZN. The successful applicant should have an advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivots and VLOOKUP’s minimum) and be highly analytical and data driven, with a knowledge of Pastel being an added advantage. While training can be given to someone with a minimum of 2 years in a related position and the MS Excel skills, the duties will include processing of orders through to production; maintaining and tracking backorders; customer support; supporting the buying manager; collaborating with production and stores managers; tracking stock levels; and general planning and administration. Applicants have to have advanced administration skills and a high level of attention to detail.
