We are seeking a highly motivated and organised administrator to join our Infrastructure directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer service enquiries, providing administrative support to our transportation team, ensuring the coordinated operational delivery of contract administration processes for transport related projects.

The team have an exciting future ahead with many projects underway and a lot to juggle. This is a busy role where no two days are the same and as such, we have an opportunity for a highly efficient administrator to support the varied administrative requirements of the team.

Responsibilities
• Dealing with customer enquiries and monitoring customer service requests relating to all roading / transportation issues within Infrastructure
• Coordinate the delivery of all contract related processes
• Financial reconciliation, raising Purchase Orders, processing progress payments, invoices and refunds in a timely manner.
