This full-time on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role is located in Burgas. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for evaluating and showing properties, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and providing personalized counseling and guidance to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
• Demonstrated experience in sales and customer service
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with relevant software applications and tools
