Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a European Restaurant and Bar Manager (EU Paspport Holder mandatory) located in Bulgaria. The Restaurant and Bar Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, managing staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, overseeing customers' experiences, collaborating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• A ‘la carte restaurant experience
• Training experience and skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations and standards
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• 4+ years of experience in restaurant and bar management
