Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a European Chef De Cuisine, located in Bulgaria. The Chef De Cuisine will be responsible for managing the Steakhouse Restaurant kitchen and leading the culinary team, creating and updating menus, maintaining food quality and safety standards, ordering and managing inventory, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications
• Culinary arts degree or related certification
• EU Papport holder mandatory
• 5+ years of experience in managing a culinary team and running a kitchen
• Expertise in culinary techniques, cooking methods, and ingredients
• Ability to develop and execute creative and innovative menus
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
