Job Summary:

We are looking for a part-time Patient Services Advisor to join our friendly team. Experience desirable however full training will be given. Good communication skills and a positive, can do attitude is required. Ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications. Flexibility is essential to cover holidays and sickness.

Job Description:

· Dealing with patient queries on the telephone and face to face.

· Booking appointments

· General administration

· Processing repeat prescriptions

· Registering new patients

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
