This role would suit someone with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service with strong skills in accuracy and attention to detail to match.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Liaising with customers effectively processing orders from enquiry through to invoicing
• Supporting Customers with offering product knowledge, such as ad-ons and alternatives when required
• Providing accurate, detailed price and availability quotations to customers via the phone or email enquiry.
• Managing all customer enquiries both verbal and written
