Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Support Integrations between Oracle HCM and other applications like Timekeeper, employee benefits providers, Pension, Total rewards, Discounts, company active directory etc.
• Work collaboratively with our different downstream owners and support groups at various capacities in analyzing and resolving HCM HR incidents (SSO, EFT, system outages, security) following IT processes (Change/Incident Management, Cyber Security, Management Approvals, etc).
• Support HCM configuration management, security, quality control in designs/implementations.
• Support/Configure, build and personalized Oracle HCM views, workflows, BI Reports, HCM extracts, Fast Formulas.
• Support our developers in HCM HR functional knowledge, analysis and testing capacity in troubleshooting issues or any enhancements.
• Create, update and monitor batch processing on our SaaS applications.
