Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Provide Site Supervision to site as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Direct site construction activities in accordance with schedule, specifications and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the Site Safety program and policies on each site.
• Ensure proper building construction/installation methods are adhered to.
• Conduct or attend (if Forepersons are leading) the weekly tool box safety meetings.
• Meet weekly with Forepersons to review schedule and labour impacts and adjust to maintain schedule.
• Supervise subcontractors; organize labour and equipment requirements based on 3 week look-out on schedule.
• Assist the PM to monitor and manage site schedules of activities to key milestones.
• Identify and recommend change orders.
• Attend regular on-site construction meetings; generate regular status update reports using templates.
• Interface with the Owner's representatives as required and communicate to PM.
