Position Description:

As a Collection Officer, your primary responsibility is to collect payments on overdue amounts by communicating with delinquent clients and providing them with repayment options. You will be expected to visit clients, make follow-up calls, deposit collected amounts, update collection records, and utilize various tools, including legal measures, to recover outstanding debts.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Visiting Delinquent Clients:
• Visit delinquent clients assigned to you and follow up for payments on agreed-upon dates for payment plans (PTP).
• Daily Follow-up Calls:
• Make daily calls to clients to remind them of their overdue payments and follow up on repayment arrangements.
• Depositing Collected Amounts:
• Deposit amounts collected from clients into group accounts on a daily basis, ensuring timely communication and approval for any cash holds.
