• Work with SQL accounting software.
• Create and send quotations and invoices to customers.
• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices and customer questions.
• Update records with invoices, payments, and customer details.
• Help prepare account statements for customers.
• Perform minor logistic task to support the Business Development Team.
• Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Fresh graduate or 1 year of related experience.
• Preferable Proficient in SQL accounting software.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
