• Location: Hybrid, West London 2 days per week

We are searching for a Content Delivery Lead who will be responsible for optimising delivery solutions and evolving content standards, making it easier to deploy content which will be engaging and customer-focused.

Relevant industry experience required:
• Banking | Pharma | Insurance | Healthcare (highly regulated industries)
• Upskilling markets in content operations and training best practices through by providing training and other internal coms
• Supporting the delivery of content production operations roadmap and ideally automated tools
• GenAI knowledge
