Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and accessories
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on availability and pricing
- Process orders and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Organize and maintain the parts department to ensure a clean and efficient workspace
- Collaborate with other team members to meet department goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar software for inventory management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is beneficial
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles
