Duties & Responsibilities:
• Possessing a Notarial License in English within the Colombo District.
• Drafting a wide variety of Legal Agreements.

Experience:
• A minimum of 7 years of previous experience mainly in Conveyancing work.
• Knowledge and experience in Company Secretarial work.

Skills:
• Must be Good communication skill, interpersonal and team skills.
• An Attorney-at-Law.
• Excellent English language skills in speaking and writing.
• Literacy in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines, Independently with minimum supervision.

Added Advantage:
• Close proximity to Rajagiriya, Battaramulla or Colombo area.
