Key Responsibilities
• Develop code solutions to problems using a structured approach, considering long term maintainability and accessibility.
• Update documentation consistently and accurately on all application projects.
• Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems.
• Analyzes user requests to determine the parameters of the required program and if a new program must be created or if an existing program can be modified
• Designs, codes, tests, maintains, and documents moderately complex computer programs based on user requests.
• Assists in the analysis of existing software and hardware systems and procedures; recommends modifications or creations of computer programs and user procedures to best meet the user's needs; and makes recommendations regarding any needed changes.
• Prepares user and technical documentation for the implementation, support, and running of new and/or modified systems.
