Key Responsibilities:

• Assist management in continuous improvement at the maintenance plant.

• Install and repair hydraulic components, such as pumps, tanks, motors, valves, and filters, using hand tools and power tools, like grinders and drill presses.

• Perform replacements on diagnosed faulty electrical elements of machines, including motors, relays, and switches; and set up sensing mechanisms, utilizing hand tools.

• Repair or replace valves, fittings, cylinders, and other components as needed to repair or replace damaged parts.

• Perform equipment installations, testing, and modifications.

• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly managed to achieve maximum performance on a day-to-day basis.

• Monitor issues that occur with electrical installations and machinery software that may affect daily output targets, and undertake repairs as needed.

• Implement preventive maintenance as per the checklist and report to the foreman.
