The Business Development Manager will generate and target sales leads, as well as working on tenders/proposals to support the Senior BDM & Sales Director. This role will focus on the sales of 3PL warehousing space and fulfilment services within the e-commerce sector.

The key responsibilities for the role of Business Development Manager based in Sheffield will be:
• Generate and target sales leads for potential customers requiring 3PL e-commerce warehousing/fulfilment services.
• Support the Senior BDM & Sales Director by working on tenders/proposals for prospective new customers by producing high-quality, written material that clearly articulates the organisation's value.
• Developing and maintaining a library of documentation relevant to bids through liaison with other departments
• Conduct Market research and gain market intelligence sufficient to support the development of new business opportunities.
