We have an exciting opportunity to join Sheffield as a Senior Officer in the Housing & Neighbourhood Service managing our 39, 000 council homes and providing safe and warm homes and giving an excellent service to our customers.

The job role will include -
• Delivery of a contract administration service of the operational delivery of our domestic electrical programme and other electrical installation programmes
• Implementation and monitoring of on-site quality assurance, defect inspection and handover procedures in line with Sheffield City Council policy and procedures. This will include issuing site instructions, variations and offering competent, sound technical advice
