The position of BusinessDevelopment Specialist is responsible for developing new businessrelationships and serving as the first level of support to existingclients.

Responsibilities
• Developa growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customersatisfaction.
• Build and maintain an activepipeline.
• Achieve assigned revenuequota.
• Conduct research to identify new marketsand customer needs.
• Communicate with potentialclients via phone calls emails etc.
• Arrangebusiness meetings with prospectiveclients
• Promote the companys services byaddressing or predicting clientsobjectives
• Prepare sales contractsensuring adherence to lawestablished rules andguidelines
• Prepare quotes for customers andfollow up to convert quotes intoprojects
• Evaluates and process RFPs asnecessary
