•Supports company operations by maintaining office systems; Access card, Keep record attendance tracking.•Manage reception area and look after visitors. Manage booking meeting rooms.•Maintain office supplies as needed and order for non-projects in Coupa Systems•Coordinate with landlord and Office Vendors to maintain office facilities.•Reservation of hotels / service apartments for internal and external customers •Arranging events (training / customer visits / townhall / FAT), including (coffee break / lunch)•Consolidate Expense Claim receipt and send to BKK Finance for verification.•Do request for payment for all utility expense of Rayong office in KYBER systems.•Do request for payment for car rental & housing of ECC in KYBER systems.•Coordinate with vendor for renew car rental & housing of ECC.•Coordinate with vendor for renew printer.•Sourcing of Apartment to closure (for EEC)•Answers phone calls and transfer them as necessary.•Monitor and ensure that company's facilities (i.e...
