Purpose:•As a Warehouse & Yard Admin you will support the Warehouse & Yard Operation team in Songkhla area. You are responsible for in-land transportation arrangement, preparing information for exporting shipment and inventory management. Works on the basis of both pre-defined and urgently added operations.Responsibilities:•Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry, material, machines, and equipment are well-prepared and maintained in good condition.•Acting as a focal point of in-land transportation to ensure delivery of great customer service for an assigned scope of country or region.•Generating notification of readiness or any related documents for exportation shipment purpose•Coordinate between freight forwarder for any special requirement of export shipment (fumigation)•Following up pending arrival shipment with Logistics and confirm the actual time arrival of shipment to operation team.•Managing daily receiving...
