Description

(i) To ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly recorded and updated in the store system;
(ii) To arrange the goods orderly and systematically to allow easy retrieving as well as stock take;
(iii) To ensure the stock level is maintained properly, both the minimum stock level (to avoid shortage) as well as maximum stock level (to avoid overstock);
(iv) To conduct stock take as and when required to ensure the physical stock is tally with the records maintained in the store system;
(v) To ensure the issuance of the goods is in line with the Company’s policies;
(vi) Other ad hoc tasks that might be assigned to you from time to time.
