• Act as the
first point of contact for all HR generalist enquiries, escalating to the DoFA or appropriate Director where necessary;
• Administer all
changes/data encompassing the full employee lifecycle (new hire info, employment status, absence management, holidays salary data, relevant personal info, health and life insurance programs etc.);
• Manage
payroll;:
• Prepare
work contract and annexes;:
• Assist in maintaining
organizational charts and
job descriptions and classification;:
• Set up, review and periodically update the
Employee Handbook;:
• Assist with setting up the
HR cyclical calendar and proactively animate it with the businesses;
• Assist with the development of the
company people strategy and culture alongside senior management;
• Provide
guidance and advice to the Directors, Team Leaders and employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring that good practice is followed consistently;
