A JOB THAT INSPIRES YOU:

Project controlling
• You will review and monitor project budgets from project initiation phase up to the closure of the project.
• You will monitor and followup the implementation phases of the projects in close collaboration with Project managers, the Administrative Hub and the accounting team.
• You will approve budgets, Purchase orders and invoice allocation in the ERP system.
• You will review and validate the outgoing customer's invoices and followup customer payments in collaboration with Project Managers.

Financial analysis
• You will prepare and coordinate project audits together with the Project Managers and Project Administrators;
• You will ensure proper, accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly closure and reporting of project financials and make sure project margins are secured and in line with budgets.
