University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks employees to teach non-credit Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Certification classes.

SHRM instructors will be responsible for teaching non-credit courses focused on certification achievement. SHRM instructors will deliver fundamental Human Resource Management skills, knowledge, and abilities to learners. They will also assess learner strengths and needs on their journey to earning industry certifications of SHRM Certified Professional and Senior Certified Professional. These instructors will also be responsible for basic administrative duties related to monitoring the academic performance of their students.

Required Education and Experience:

· Minimum Bachelor's degree conferred from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent

· SHRM Certified Professional Certification
