Paralegal for Landlord & Tenant Cases

Location: Remote, Work Hours 3pm-11pm

We are seeking a dedicated paralegal to support our Legal Department with a focus on Landlord & Tenant cases.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct calls to tenants prior to initiating legal proceedings, maintaining professionalism and empathy in all communications.
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence from tenants involved in legal matters, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Update case information and progress in our Yardi management software with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with our L&T attorney, facilitating communication and providing necessary documentation and support.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the Real Estate field, particularly in Landlord & Tenant law.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism and diplomacy.
• Proficiency in using Yardi or similar property management software.
