A large well-established retail store is recruiting for an experienced E-commerce Store Manager to join their team based in Durban.

As the Ecommerce Store Manager you will be responsible for the online store which includes merchandising and order fulfillment of the online store.

Responsibilities
• E-commerce strategy across all categories of the brand to deliver a postive user-experience to all clients
• Improve in-site merchandising strategy that will assist in driving sales
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure a user-friendly shopping experience
• Define long-term merchandising strategies across all brands and geographies making sure this aligns with client needs
• Understand shopper trends and expectations
• Contribute to the flawless execution of visual merchandising strategies
• Utilise reporting (conversion, funnel, etc.) data and analytics to improve business performance and inform merchandising strategies to drive growth
