Your Role .
• Oversee IT resources and infrastructure in the plant.
• Provide cost-effective solutions meeting business needs.
• Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Facilitate IT Department, maintaining high motivation levels.
• Monitor performance, and provide coaching to IT staff.
• Ensure quality IT support services for internal and external users.
• Liaise with vendors and regional IT teams to address escalations.
• Develop IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train IT employees.
• Manage projects with end-users, vendors, and IT staff.
• Implement and test disaster recovery and backup procedures.
• Maintain financial objectives through budgeting and analysis.
• Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge.
