Hi, Call Centre/BPO based at Johor looking for Customer Service.

Position : Customer Service Executive (Mandarin / Cantonese Speaker) E-Hailing (Taiwan & Hong Kong Market)

Location : Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia (near Legoland)

Salary : Salary – RM3,000 (Mandarin) // RM3,200 (Cantonese)

Allowances – RM300 KPI, RM400 6 days allowance, RM300 Night Shift allowance (6 days Allowance - To work the full month, 6 days per week are required to be entitled to the 6-day allowance)

Working days & time – 5.5 days, rotational shift 24hr (can be day, noon, midnight, 8hrs/day)(Compulsory working on Public Holidays and Weekends)

interview – Physical interview for JB candidate, online interview for outside JB candidate – 1 month Accommodation Provided For Outstation * Upon request, with 6 month(s) services bond, Training period 1 month.

• MUST KNOW HOW TO SPEAK, READ AND WRITE IN TRADITIONAL CHINESE for Mandarin speaker.
