Responsibilities:
• Ensure project performance aligns with time, quality, and profitability targets.
• Develop work plans and contribute to sales and marketing efforts.
• Manage project planning, including staffing and resource allocation.
• Lead the BIM production team to encourage cross-functional collaboration.
• Conduct internal and external client meetings and prepare necessary project documentation.
• Can supervise and mentor young talents.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and team leaders.
• Preferably proficient in REVIT, BIM, Archicad, and other 3D software is preferred.
• Oversee safety and building code compliance.
• Monitor work production to ensure adherence to timelines, codes, and client requirements.
• Conduct design reviews, coordination, and BIM audits.
• Coach and mentor staff for professional development.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvement.
