Responsibilities:
• Perform design and BIM tasks efficiently.
• Participate in design charrettes and collaborate with team members.
• Conduct quality checks on drawings to meet our firm’s high standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and standards.
• Resolve drawing conflicts by gathering information and consulting with superiors.
• Assist in preparing schedules, specifications, and related documents.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Industrial Technology majoring in Drafting.
• 3-10 years of relevant experience in international and local projects.
• Proficiency in modeling using Revit and other BIM technologies.
• Basic knowledge of building construction technology.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven team leader.
• Residing in or near Clark, Pampanga, preferred.
