We are seeking a General Manager with strong strategic and operational capability, outstanding leadership skills and experience, and proven success in stakeholder engagement.

Kindergarten is iconic in Aotearoa New Zealand. It has been part of our kiwi culture for over 125 years.

Ashburton Kindergarten Association is an incorporated society. It represents the interests of five kindergartens within the Mid-Canterbury region, providing quality early childhood education services for over 150 children aged between 2 and 6.

The Association is focused on supporting the kindergartens within their region to advance the values of the kindergarten movement and the interests of teacher-led, quality Early Childhood Education and in particular the role that kindergartens play within the education sector, both now and in the future.
