Our client is an insurance company based in Brussels with very modern offices and a very good working environment.
• *Description**
- You will be responsible for the logistics of appointments and travel for major market events;
- You ensure that accounting documents are sent to reinsurers within the required timeframe;
- You participate in the process of dunning unpaid invoices and updating bank details;
- You check the invoices, ensure their payment and follow up on budget consumption;
- You manage the vacation and visit agendas;
- You make restaurant reservations and travel arrangements;
- You manage the visitors' agenda (clients and reinsurers) and the coordination within the company;
- You update the commercial brochure;
- You manage the archiving;
- You structure files and store review data;
- You regularly download bank statements from our banks' platform.

- You are bilingual in French and English, Dutch is an asset;
