As Business Development Officer the following will be your duties and responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Site Assessment/ Evaluation
• Renegotiate offered rent rates
• Renegotiate commencement dates
• Feasibility studies of new stores
• Gather site requirements from lessors and coordinate with all involved stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• College graduate with a degree in business
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Development
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Can work independently
• Willing to go on fieldwork
• Candidate must be willing to be assigned and manage a particular areas of location.
• Preferably one who resides in Quezon Province or Batangas City More Detail
