This position will ensure strong store compliance to set Potato Corner standards. The chosen candidate should be able to set a good example to employees of both existing and soon to open stores in the identified country of operation.

Job Description:

• Responsible for monitoring all existing franchised-owned stores under the area of responsibility.

• Responsible for the achievement of sales targets, and quality management of stores.

• Assists the franchisees in the resolution of their operational concerns.

• Gathers feedback from franchisees and bridges these to the support departments.

• Monitors the sales and profit performance of the stores and provides recommendations to the franchisees to ensure business continuity.

• Prepares sales report, analysis, and recommendations and or sales initiatives.

• Performs monthly store visit and audits compliance of the stores in the standard parameters of service, and cleanliness of the stores.
