Job Description:

Delta Cosworth is looking to recruit a dynamic, hands-on and results-orientated Commercial Director to work with the business development team to achieve the next phase of growth.

The Role:
• Understand, analyze and develop a market business growth strategy business plan.
• Forecast and deliver the agreed budget in terms of SOI, In year revenue, and other agreed measures, through the development of existing accounts and securing new accounts across Land, Sea, Air and Energy.
• To act a key member of the Senior Leadership team supporting the overall strategy of the business in line with the MD’s strategy and procedures, including attendance at divisional meetings.
• To establish a strong working relationship with customers, at all levels, ensuring Cosworth is “the first name on the page” regarding electrification systems and vehicle programmes.
