Job Description:

Delta Cosworth is looking to recruit a dynamic, hands-on and results-orientated Product Director to develop and lead the product strategy for future electrification and vehicle programmes.

The Role:
• To be a key member of the Senior Leadership team supporting the overall strategy of the business in line with the MD’s strategy and procedures, including attendance at divisional meetings.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, aligned with the company objectives and market trends.
• Lead an end-to-end product development process starting with defining product requirements. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop products and project management to ensure timely market introduction.
