ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking to expand with the help of an outgoing Leasing Specialist who is detail-oriented and enjoys completing tasks thoroughly. If you’re the type of person who has a deep desire to organize anything and everything, then this job is perfect for you. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, assisting them throughout and coordinating the successful completion of the application process.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Respond to all leads received within 24 hours of receiving an inquiry
• Lease all vacant units within a territory of properties
• Conduct property tours and sell features and benefits of available homes and community amenities to prospective residents
