Formation Officer/ Training Officer

The central purpose of the position is the implementation of academy’s rules and regulations stipulated in the Student Handbook, ensuring that all cadets in the fleet are being supervised and that they adhere to its precepts. The supervision of the cadets encompasses discipline, leadership development, values and character formation, and professional growth to prepare them for a rewarding life ahead of them.

Job Description
• Be a role model to cadets and colleagues in line with MMMA Core Values, Vision and Mission.
• Perform collateral duties such as athletic officer,
• Stand duty as Officer-of-the-watch (OOW)
• Train, mentor, coach and instill discipline in cadets to help them achieve their objectives in the development of character, academics, professional skills and physical fitness.
