Qualifications
• You have a Degree in Human Resources/ Psychology/Employee Relations/ Labor Law or a related field.
• You have prior experience in employee relations, industrial relations or labor law.
• You have a Background should in FMCG/Retail (Apparel industry)
• You have strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
• You have in-depth knowledge of employment legislation.
• You are approachable and possess strong communication.
• You have strong problem-solving, negotiation & influencing skills.
• You are willing to travel to our stores on a regular basis and to resolve issues with employees in person
