Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers. Additionally, this role involves maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with general bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Process Accounts Payable:
• Receive and review invoices from vendors and suppliers.
• Verify accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents.
• Code invoices to appropriate accounts and cost centers.
• Prepare and process payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Manage Vendor Relationships:
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
