Requirements
• A Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Production Management with Organization and Work Study
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a production environment
• Experience in MTM-UAS (motion time measurement-universal analysing system) simulations and EAWS (Ergonomic Assessment Work Sheet)

Essential Skills
• Computer literate, MS Office Package (Excel advanced and PowerPoint advanced), analysing system simulations and EAWS (Ergonomic Assessment Work Sheet)
• Be familiar with continuous improvement processes
• Technical and mechanically minded
• Enthusiastic and confident
• Ability to communicate at all levels

ADDED ADVANTAGE
• AVON and Arbeitsplan system proficiency
• SAP experience
• The concept of Kaizen
• German language proficiency - intermediate
• Fundamentals of LEAN manufacturing
