To manage our divisions contractual risks to limit the exposure to insurance and legal claims and to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in the countries in which we operate. To manage all insurance claims on behalf of our division and be the liaison between our business units and Group insurance department and insurance brokers. To manage our legal compliance framework to ensure our business units are compliant with local laws and regulations. To manage ABC compliance with our partners in sub-Saharan Africa. To manage the divisions risks by recording same on a quarterly basis, in conjunction with management, and driving the implementation of key actions identified.
